Where can I ship my order?

Your order can be shipped to any address you may choose (home, work, boyfriend /girlfriend´s house…) but never APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.


International taxes, customs and other charges are not included in the postage paid in your purchased order at International duties may vary from country to country. Our international courier can file a separate invoice of your local authorities. Please be aware, has no control over these duties.

How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping and destination selected. For shipments in Spain and Balearic Islands it takes about 2 to 3 working days. For international shipments please be patient and allow approximately 7-10 days.

What is the cost of my shipment?

Do I have to pay for shipping if I return or exchange an item?

Yes, refunds or exchanges are on your side.

You can choose any shipping company you may like but please make sure you have some proof of the shipping company you’ve chosen in case of any dispute.

In certain occasions an error in sending the goods may occur also tare or defect in the garment. If this happens will take care of shipping. Please contact us at and we will solve it as soon as possible.

Under no circumstances RARELY will accept any shipments with postage due.

How do I return / exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item you must log in into your user account and click on exchanges/returns. Please fill the reason of your exchange or return. After reviewing your request, we will notify by email if your exchange / return has been accepted. A form will be generated it with a personal code of your exchange or return. Please print it and include it in your shipment. We can’t accept any refund if you have not included this printed code on the shipment of your goods. Do not forget that to be effective this exchange or refund, the product or products must be with their original tags and packaging.

what is the deadline to return or exchange your items?

The deadline for any return or exchange are 30 days from the shipping confirmation email. Sorry but we can not accept your return or exchange after this time. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

how and when will i receive my refund?

Once the return is approved (remember that items must be in perfect condition and have all interior labels and tags), you will receive the total amount in the same way you made your purchase. Your refund will show up on your bank statement within 5 to 14 days, has no control over this.

Can I return Final Sale items?

No at this moment. All items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned. If you send a “final sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return.
