In which countries do we sell online?

We sell internationally in most destinations.

These are the countries where we are not able to ship our products at the moment:
Spain: Ceuta and Melilla.

In how many languages can I surf?

Navigation languages at shoprarely.com are English and Spanish.

What are your customer service hours?

We’re always available by email, and we’ll make sure to get back to you within 48 hours. If you prefer to talk, call us Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, CEST, excluding holidays.

Are the prices of the online store and the stores the same?

RARELY it is basically an online brand although there are some multibrand stores that offer our products (Thanks!). We provide to the stores a RRP (Recommended Retail Price) but we have no control over them.

Do you restock articles marked "sold out"?

If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock it would retreat from the web. You can also leave your e-mail in the product sheet in "waitlist" to be notified if it becomes available.

Do I get the same product that I see in the website?

Yes. Please note that most of our products are made with artisan processes and you can find a minimal difference in the finish or color, do not panic, it's what we want and is part of our design! Not all of us are equal and neither are our tees and sweatshirts. We try to display our items accurately as possible on the Site and offer a full written description of all goods being sold. Please note, variations in style, color, size, shape, feel and look may occur based on the production and / or fabrics being offered.

Is it possible to receive the latest news and offers from RARELY?

It's what we want! Keep you updated with our news! You can subscribe to our "Newsletter" creating a user or leaving your e-mail on the form you'll find at the footer. You will receive information on our latest news, editorials & events.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Yes. If we no longer interest you (which would be very sad for us :( ), instead of deleting the mail, look for the link that is at the footer of the page and click on "unsubscribe". You will be redirected to a new page where you can complete the process.

Forgot your password?

Keep us on the cloud (or in your head)! But if you still not remember, Log-in and click “forgot my password”. You will receive an email with your new password.

Was my purchase completed successfully?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service We're here to help you!

How can I know the status of my order?

We try to ship all orders quickly and efficiently but if you are in a breakdown nerves to have our items, you can check the status of your order in real time. Just log in with your username and check in your account “orders”. For this action, you need to be registered.

Can I remove items added to my shopping bag?

Yes. You can delete all items you want from the shopping bag before the order is completed,

Can I cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order before its processed.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Oops! We try not to happen because RARELY items are always in perfect condition. If exceptionally you get a garment with a tare or defective please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it for a new one or find the perfect solution that fits you.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Occasionally we make mistakes. If this happens and you receive an item you did not order, please contact our customer service and we will fix the mistake as soon as possible.

Is VAT included at shoprarely.com?

RARELY and shoprarely.com are Spanish companies so VAT (21%) is included in all our products that we sell in Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and European Union. If you buy from a country outside Spain or European Union VAT (21%) is exempt.
For International buyers outside European Union: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Buyers must pay the relevant IGIC. Please check with your custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

Do you have TAX FREE?

No sorry! We are not able to offer you TAX FREE at the moment.

How do I know my size?

We work with sizes S / M (EU 36-38), M / L (EU 38- 40) One size (one size) and size S (EU 36), M (EU 38) and L (EU 40). The tabs of each product indicate the size that uses the model, her height and measurements of the garment she wears.
